What we collect
Account and order data (name, email, phone, country), payment references from our processor, server credentials we issue to you, IP address and browser user-agent for fraud prevention, and support correspondence.
How we use data
To process cloud server orders, provision infrastructure, prevent abuse, send transactional email, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data.
Payments
Card details are handled by our payment provider (3D Secure). We store order amounts and payment status, not full card numbers.
Retention
Order and billing records are kept as required for accounting, fraud response, and service history. You may request account deletion by emailing admin@cloudserverhq.com (subject to legal retention).
