Terms of Service
By buying or using CloudServerHQ cloud servers you agree to these terms.
Service
We provide virtual cloud servers with allocated CPU, RAM, NVMe SSD storage, and network access on a monthly USD subscription. Plans and pricing are shown at checkout.
Accounts & orders
You may pay before creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding console credentials and server root access. Accurate contact email is required for delivery notices.
Acceptable use
Use must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend abusive servers without refund.
Billing
Fees are charged in advance per billing period. Failed renewals may result in suspension. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
Delivery & uptime
Most cloud servers are live within minutes of confirmed payment, and provisioning status is visible in your console. If a server isn’t delivered within 24 hours, our 24-hour delivery guarantee gives you a full refund of that period’s fee. Infrastructure uptime target is 99.99% excluding scheduled maintenance and upstream network events.
Limitation of liability
Service is provided as-is within commercially reasonable efforts. Liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service period.
