Refund Policy

Most cloud servers are live within minutes. If yours isn’t delivered within 24 hours of confirmed payment, we refund that period’s fee in full.

24-hour delivery guarantee

If we cannot deliver a working cloud server within 24 hours of confirmed payment, you can request a full refund of that period’s fee. This excludes Acceptable Use Policy violations, payment disputes, and orders placed with incorrect contact details.

How to request a refund

Email admin@cloudserverhq.com with your order ID (CSHQ…). A real person replies, typically within a few hours, in English or Turkish. Approved refunds are returned to the card you paid with.

After delivery

Once IP and root credentials are delivered and the instance is reachable, monthly fees are generally non-refundable. We may issue goodwill credits for verified platform outages.

Chargebacks

Contact support before filing a chargeback so we can resolve delivery issues quickly. Confirmed fraud or AUP abuse is not refundable.
